The Mariners were looking to snap a four game losing streak to the Detroit Tigers. The game was tied 3-3 in the bottom of the ninth and Isaac Paredes hit what appeared to be a 2 run walk-off home run for the Tigers; that is until Jake Fraley did this:
Fraley reached over the wall and brought the ball back in the yard, while also getting the ball into the infield quick enough to double up Eric Haase at first to end the inning.
The teams were then headed to extra innings. They traded runs in the 10th to make it 4-4. Seattle blew the game open with a 5-run 11th inning, eventually going on to win 9-6.
