The New York Islanders defeated the Boston Bruins by a score of 4-1 in the Nassau Coliseum to even the series to two wins for each team.
Mathew Barzal had two points, including the game winning goal for the Islanders as Semyon Varlamov had another excellent game in net stopping 28 of the 29 shots he faced on goal.

The Islanders played in front of a sold out crowd and rode the fan’s energy for the win.
Boston will have home ice advantage, should the series go to seven games. The next game will be in Boston on June 7th, then back to the Island on June 9th, and a potential game seven matchup would be back in Boston on June 11th, if necessary.
